It is dangerously self delusionary to argue that russia has a weak economy. The greatest weakness of all? Well, two great weaknesses. One, corruption defeats the english language. Two million dollars buys you a doctrate from Russia's most prodigious university. We've seen this in ukraine with tanks departing from uKraine with people's washing machines and hot water boilers strapped to the top of them. Together, the corruption goes the oppressive political atmosphere, which causes russia's brain drain.
