How Do You Create a Video on YouTube?

Soy's videos go beyond just recording your screen like a screen cast. So would love to hear a little bit about his process or creating one of the vidios that you post on your ucu channel. Soy: The first thing we do is identify a subject or a topic that we're interested in creating a video about. And then we actually spend a lot of time on the title and the thumb nail. We used to do all our editing, but no longer, cause that is an incredibly time intensive process.
