The Banks Navigated the Fed's Latest Stress Test

Five of the six banks are going to see their capital requirements come down as a result of the stress test. City was a little bit of a different story, but also there's these big changes that we're seeing. The results both this year and last year is just the volatility that we're getting in terms of capital requirements for these big banks.
