Is It Possible to Adapt the Categories on the Fly?

The categories come about at one moment in time and then, with a few minor amendments, largely persist in their current form. Even as the social reality changes, even as some hespanics are kind of not proceeding along the path that the ford foundation wanted, yet the categories still persists. We should really e try to figure out why we have these categories and what we're they're being used for,. And on that basis, re calebrate them.
