Will: Once you over 10 kilos it kind of doesn't actually make much difference so i've always found that it's nicer to like if you get can get to 10 on an edge then just try something else. If you add five or more in a training block you get a bit heavier and maybe like equals out whereas 10 like you're never going to fluctuate 10 kilos, he says.
