Carlos: I like the concept of being the small fish in a big pond. There's always an asset somewhere, whether it's online or again, like you mentioned before, word of mouth is probably going to serve you best. For me, there's still so much room to grow. And my goal is to get it to where it's going to be very profitable for someone who wants to come in and work with me.
