If Pakistan can establish genuine democracy and a peaceful democracy, then I don't see why India and Pakistan can not coexist together. And in such a case, if Pakistan becomes a genuinely friendly and peaceful neighbor, India will be happy to lend a helping hand to the Pakistan. There have been so many leaders who are in India, prime ministers and so on, who have wanted the best of relations with Pakistan. It's a never ending story in India. So it's not like there is no desire, there's a lack of desire from India side. The problem is, it has always been the Pakistani army and the Pakistani politicians. Yeah, that is where we are right now.
