The Importance of Data in the Real Estate Industry

I would say that our firm as well as the industry in general, that we have generally under invested in data and technology. There's a fair amount of hubris, I think, among the real estate investing community. And that might have been why I don't think the industry embraced some of these concepts as early as maybe some consumer businesses have. It doesn't mean that that gut instinct isn't there.
