The Journey of Building a Hybrid Education Model

The model initially in the first two, three years was that you start your program, you pay me a very soon. We never did income share, but we used to do pay after placement when we started. It was a good go to market strategy for me because in education brand is the most critical thing. So what we did is that we sort of evolved it into a more hybrid model where it's a mix of offline and offline. And there are a lot of online teaching that happens to our studios.
