The Importance of Making Your Partners Look Good

I'd say it's more of not wanting to make them look bad. As an associate, part of my job is to not have that situation arise. The thing that I was surprised at eventually was that the worst day would be in invest making. There are days where you're doing a lot of data entry and a lot of formatting or standard Excel work.
