Soda Tax
The idea of the soda tax is to limit soda consumption. But it's more accurate to consider it a sugary drinks tax, but that doesn't really like roll off the tongue. The question I was going to ask you about this, Sarah, is why did we get into taxing drinks and not just calories? For example, Gatorade does have a decent amount of sugar, but it also has a lot less calories than soda.
