The world has changed in the amount support than topatit can get these days. i probably used to have to cycle 20 miles to see a physio a who wo who, who was an old boy the other side of london. And it would take me an, how and a half each way just to get half an our session. Yo, that was the reality of the world in those daysn once you're take on an unathlete, ina, young and upcoming athletes these days. So so er it's difficult, i think it would be difficult to say this is what everyone should do.
