The Problem With Flat Wages
The average age of the U.S. is still 37 years old, according to a new census report. But that's because everybody aged 10 years and some people died or were born younger than they would have been if their lives had gone on as normal. The same thing happens when it comes to wages: A person earns more over his career until he retires at 65 but then gets replaced by someone who works for less money.
