How to Deal With Disappointments
Many times we satisfy ourselves with the things of this world when God's plans are always better. We need to trust our God and trust that his plans are good for us. C.S. Lewis says it would seem that our Lord finds our desires not too strong, but too weak. Like an ignorant child who wants to go on making mud pies in a slum because he cannot imagine what is meant by the offer of a holiday at the sea.
