The Conflicting Incentives of Healthcare
A good idea is where you start in digital hell. Technology functions as an accelerator or a magnifier, not broken because if I mentioned maybe it's perfectly designed to do what it's currently doing, it magnifies that inefficiency. If you put technology into a system that is working well with good social structure and incentives, it will magnify that. So healthcare, depending on who they ask, is the perfect dysfunctional system that has conflicting goals that we all agree are in need of reevaluation.
