Strength Training and Sore Muscle Soreness

If the doms is so bad on the fatigue that they're getting as a result of the training that I've given them that is impacting their running sessions then I've probably got my programming wrong. A lot of the time a little bit of soreness that you might get from resistance training is probably more mental than it is physical and usually you're fine. The delayed onset and muscle soreness that we refer into doesn't seem to happen after a couple of weeks yet we're still seeing improvements in strength.
