Canada's Military Buildup in Eastern Europe
Sweden and Turkey have also agreed to establish a new bilateral security compact that will meet annually. Sweden is still awaiting approval from Hungary, it's not clear when they're going to sign off on that. Canadian Prime Minister Justin Trudeau announced a new military buildup in Eastern Europe. NATO pushes back plans to open a liaison office in Japan due to French objections.
