Ukranian Insurgency

Stephanie Gensaki: For now, there is no end in sightno sense of when or how this ends. Some people seem to be really enthusiastic about a insurgency, and they'r kind of fantacizing about it. But i do actually worry that some people, you know, their main goal is to just bleed russians. So i think any decision to army insurgency requires us first to actually have the concrete situation in hand.
