Building 4.0 Concept and Mass Timber Construction

In Singapore, where there's a lot of mass timber going on, the majority of that is European. The Europeans have certainly got a very good hold on how they can distribute product globally. And I wanted to talk about this building 4.0 concept and how mass timber construction fits into it. So as I said before, MassTim was both a material and a process. And what ties those two processes together to get efficiencies is this concept called modern methods of construction with building 4. 0 technology.
