The Four Horsemen of the Apocalypse, Criticism, Contempt, Stone Walling and Defensiveness

i was thinking about what John gotman calls the four horsemen of the apocalypse, criticism, contempt, stone walling and defensiveness. And i know we're not talking about a marriage here, but in a way, we kind of are,. We are in this very intimate relationship with, with the church. The church is our life, let's honest, your when you're latter day saint. So for eldis members, i think contempt would look like, the church is bad, or the church is stupid, or theChurch is a colt. I hate that one a lotit. But every relationship requires us to have skills to navigate the hard stuff. It's how
