What Are Floaters?
The best thing about ophthalmology is when you take someone who can't see you and make them see you again. A floater is just a little piece of the gel inside of your eye causing a shadow. If an eye has really, really low pressure, it can actually kind of get a little mushy. So we need something to fill that space to hold it from deflated.
