How to Limit Comments on a Podcast

Trying to read while listening to a thing is extremely difficult for me. There are various systems which try to limit how many comments can go across the screen at once. None of these tools do a very good job, I've found. So the next time we do this, you know, if the number starts getting up to be like more than 1000 people watching live, we're going to have to implement some kind of rate limiting system.
