How to Deal With Anxiety on Facebook

I just don't like email in a lot of ways the anxiety I've been feeling in the last year and a half email and Facebook like exacerbate it more than any other mediums when I see an email come in and that it has a title that makes me like anxious it can trigger me. I took Facebook off my phone because if I surf in the morning it ruins my day so I did that I have changed my relationship this is another it was more of a post-covid thing than it was a covid thing as I was definitely very online at one point.
