The Air Force's Cheyenne Attack Helicopters Have Wings

The Cheyenne was an attack helicopter and a borderline aircraft, which at the time the Air Force thought was stepping on their territory. So I don't really think that there's an issue there. The arguments over whose territory is what has been pretty clear.
