The Third Part of System Strategic Planning

When the positivity rate hit 10% for two weeks in a row that we would reopen. And I think we were closed for another 13 weeks. So during that time, we used the energy that we would have spent debating every week to reopen or not. We had made those decisions and that 10% enacted that decision because we had a pre-made and agreed upon system. Friends, this eliminates just the anxiousness and the heavy lifting of so many decisions.
