Do Bone Spurs Cause Plantar Fasciitis?

The reason why people get bone spurs is just the natural pull of the fascia on that heel bone. People with super high arches, what we call the chandelier shakers, are more at risk for developing plantar fasciitis. BMI is actually one of the biggest risk factors. And then really mobility. I am definitely not a big proponent of runners needing to stretch. Usually I'm telling most of my runners to actually stretch less, strengthen more.
