How to Tell When a Child Has Stopped Growing

How do you measure a bone cook? Cook-ness. The easiest way to do it or the most regular way people have done it historically is by doing an x-ray of one of a child's wrist hand and fingers because there are a lot of bones in that area. There are these cartilaginous areas at the end of your bones that aren't quite fused together, that when you have reached your full height they stop cooking. That's how we measure when you stop growing,. I thought was very weird and cool.
