At any one time i'm not working with more than one or two people folk in a highly intense way to develop things. I remember the feeling of getting back your notes and edits, you and the teams notes and edits on both of my proposals. And then a further work beyond that. People need to feel like they're being taken care of. Sure. Member an and i have terrific comlegs to s. Individually, i think it's wie very low over me, you know, you have a very low turn-over rate. So thite's a real satisfaction when you sell books for us... It's really because people feel that they are being developed as individuals"
