How Much Should We Tax the Land Value?
More than half our taxes replace them with a Georgia's land use taxes. So that is an issue of contention because governments can take whatever they want in theory right up until people revolt. The real question is how much should we tax the land value because you're taxing only the land, not the buildings or other improvements that are on it. And by George, we should tax it 100%. Is that where the phrase by George comes from is this guy? I don't think so. It was used a lot in the review. But anyway, let's continue.
