How to Stick to Your Schedule

I think that's so important is just having that schedule but then having the schedules one thing I'm great at making a you know grabbing excel and writing out all these great plans but not so great at sticking to them. If you really need extra kick if you're unmotivated or anything like that it's also good to have like friends or family they'll say hey if you don't get this thing done you owe me 50 bucks have you done that before no luckily I haven't really felt the need toIt's just sitting there at work at my day job and I'll just be sitting there and it's like you know if I just push that little extra more met the right person sent
