The Importance of Initial Engagement on LinkedIn

The real important thing on LinkedIn is conversations and engagement. The wrong way to do this is to just tag a whole bunch of people that post. If you bait them, the algo doesn't recognize sentiment. You can say the most incredibly inflammatory and accusatory things and people are going to engage and jump on you because again, LinkedIn doesn't look sentiment.
