How to Operationalize a Successful Workflow
For us, the biggest piece is each communication point you get with your customer becomes a certain patch of time you can capture their attention. We kind of break it up across like, call it 24, 36 hours, and pretty much every six to 12 hours, you hit a new point of communication. So now, even if you're hitting the same person across different things, I think there's some rule that, you know, typically takes people five to six times to see something to buy.
