Otto: I know a lot of wholesalers, man. All of them lost their buyers this last year. They just figured by the time they renovate that property, it's not going to be a deal anymore. So I don't see wholesaling being the thing for 2023 because if you don't have any buyers, you just have a lot of leads that are going to disappear.
