How to Be Intentional With Your Child's Screen Time
Don't use screen time at bedtime. We try to aim for no screens three to four hours before bedtime. If you start journaling and keeping track of how long they are actually on the screens, I think that can be really eye-opening. Don't give into melt downs or tantrums. And if you give in to a tantrum one time, the tantrums are more likely to continue in the future.
