Fascify is a free, open-source web framework. It was started in 2016 and has been pushing out releases every week for the last few years. There are 15 contributors to fascify which makes it super good from community perspective. We have very loose there's a committee on that side of things so if you're using the framework, you are responsible for its maintenance as well.
