Short-term goal winning looks like getting repairs done stopping evictions things of that nature but long-term our goal is to force a sale of this entire portfolio to to nonprofits which have their own problem. I think we are likewise grappling with what it means for tenants to sort of take over ownership of their building and so anything from like inking an agreement with the landlord or winning those repairs and winning them permanently is what winning feels like, he says.
