Harmony in Isolation

This chapter explores the profound impact of a community singing program launched during the pandemic, supported by a three-year grant from the Episcopal Diocese. With in-person gatherings restricted, participants shared their love for music via Zoom, fostering connections that enriched their relationships and provided solace amid isolation. It examines the vital role of community support, particularly for caregivers and individuals with dementia, highlighting how music and shared experiences can bring joy and comfort during challenging times.
