The models that we have are so far in few between. It's just because most of Silicon Valley actually does not understand engineering. I also think that engineering leaders, there's very few examples of people who do XYZ well. And then when we do hear about it, we're trying to cargo coat those things and we're tried to cargo coat them from the worst possible examples.
