Is There a Special Role for Enablement?

In my ideal vision of the future, there's no enablement team. That's sacrilegious for somebody who preaches enablement all day. Too many times you see marketing teams that are rewarded on MQL,. sales is recorded, is rewarded based upon closing deals. They're not actually related to each other. And so it's about I believe that you don't need to have a separate function. Most businesses operate as their brand Henry Ford's first manufacturing plant. There's a hyper focus on building silos to drive efficiency over effectiveness.
