How Do Blind Reviews Work?
First year for RubyConf 2013, you did blind reviews for the first time. Tell us about that. How do blind reviews work? Right. For a while, and I think when I joined Rails Central, or sorry, Ruby Central, I brought in the notion that we should be doing blind. And at that point, the community was talking about we should do blind because otherwise we're letting our biases creep in.
