The Chinese leadership has indicated that they're happy to speak with Yellen and focusing talks on the economy. Beijing also seems alarmed about the greater emphasis in Washington and other advanced economies on de-risking or cutting reliance from China. Indications are that the Chinese are not willing to address Washington's concerns about their policies.
