Judy Merritt's the Black Hole

This is certainly not Basil Rathbone's best work. He makes a lot of bureaucratic statements on behalf of the space institution. Judy Merritt briefly became a professional ice skater at 15. She was also the longtime wife of Gary Nelson, who directed 1979's The Black Hole.
