How to Combine Visualization With Meditation
I found more you can combine visualization with meditation. I think where I just sit in the front room like in the dark and just go right now I can think about everything that's happening in the day. It would take me sometimes 20 minutes to get there other times maybe five seven minutes, but it will get there. And then at the very end of it though like could be 20 minutes in because you just sort of going through I'm way but next whatever next.
