The amount of money that we have invested in that is doing huge. I mean, it's doing like, you know, last year was 56%. So yeah, it was, thank you. That was a good year. But the compounded return on that is probably in the ballpark of 60% per year. You could sit in cash for a long time and then get five years or 60% a year and your overall 10 year return would be 26,. Even though you're in cash for two or three years. It's just a longer time horizon.
