When Fukushima happened, we decided that this would never again be low radiation. Or biodynamic or any other kind in the Northern Hemisphere because Fukushima is the US generated gift that keeps on giving. So she decided to take him to a place where they're going to kill him. Slower. Sort of. But I think that there's a implication that if she took him to the belly of the beast, there might be a way that she could fight through their attempts to kill her. It's very weird.
