I used to spend 150 to 180 days a year or a night, a year in my own bed prior to COVID. That's completely changed now. So I'm really able to kind of dial in what I do at home. The other thing that I think I learned a lot when he was fasting like crazy is how much the low glucose, empty stomach impacted sleep. And so I generally eat dinner early-ish and large part that's because we have kids, so they're going to bed early.
