How to Be a Successful Developer at PayPal

I started that Twilio around the same time. One of the things I really remember is it was very non transactional. Like a big part of the role of dev rel was literally like meeting and supporting developers, sometimes on a one on one basis or not necessarily seeking anything in return. It's still sort of hard, but I think we've gotten better at looking at how can we measure the efforts that we're putting out there for the community.
