How Do You Prevent Drop Outs?

To simply rely on punishment as opposed to some kind of restoring conversation would seem a great pity. I did wonder that when dave rosengreen was talking, as i thought about my own various families that i've been involved in,. Parents are often different, you know. And it's so important for parents to be their authentic selves, because otherwise kids, yon nor kids, see straight through it. But i don't know, i think it does call for, ideally, for parents to talk through these things with their children.
