Climate Change Is Not Affecting All Areas Equally

Some parts of the globe are warming a lot faster than others. Any efforts we make to try and counteract that will also not affect all areas the same. The potential for something like this to be used as a covert weapon of war is also a risk, which is why the conspiracy theories exist.
