If your sense of humor's gotten sort of out of the window, then that's a big sign that you could be getting burnt out. You can't concentrate for as long and so it's kind of taking you longer to get through tasks. The more unbalanced you're getting the less you notice it - which is a bit of a cruel trick because if you're not connecting with people, then you're less likely to notice that relationships deteriorated.
